Circular Economy: Take Part in the Commission’s Consultation

The European Commission plans to present a legislative act on the circular economy by the end of 2026 to stimulate market demand for secondary raw materials and to establish a single market for waste. This could lead to amendments to several directives, including those on waste and landfill. In this context, a call for contributions and a public consultation have been launched from 1 August to 6 November 2025.
